Dr. Lelah has formulated and developed many consumer products including dietary supplements, foods, medical devices, and personal care, health and fitness, and sanitization products. He has previously worked at Dr. Mercola as their Chief Research Scientist for and NOW Foods as their Technical Director. Dr. Lelah has particiapted in a number of standards setting organizations such as IADSA (International Dietary Supplement Association), AHPA (American Herbal Products Association), and USP (United States Pharamcopeia) where he has been involved in setting dietary supplement standards for heavy metals, micro and specific monographs.
Lelah has published over 30 peer reviewed scientific studies and has more than six patents. He has also peer-reviewed many other scientific studies. In addition, Dr. Lelah has personally performed research in many different areas including nutrition, biochemistry, cardiovascular science, fermentation, food science and surface chemistry.
